Day 2 of the Marathon Des Cows - the Cow gangs plan to help save the Tower Hill Stables Animal Sanctuary

Yesterday we met Gerda - today we meet Pancake her baby boy - now 4 years and 2 months old!

We didn't know we were rescuing him at the time as his mum was being sold for meat at Colchester Livestock Market and was 6 months pregnant - although no-one knew

If we had not of rescued her that fateful day, poor Pancake would have died with his mum as she would have been cut open in the abattoir - something that happens frequently in this vile industry 🙁

Pancake is a cheeky fellow with his own mind. He knows no fear as he was born here and will hopefully live his whole life in peace
