Jonathan was rescued from slaughter back in 2016 as an unwanted product of the dairy industry.  He unfortunately had an accident in 2017 and broke his leg (see pic 2 on FB post) and we arranged to send him to the Cambridge University Equine Hospital where they were able to set it in a cast.
6 weeks later the cast was removed and Jonathan's leg had healed.
As you can see in the picture, 6 years on, he is doing well and living his best life at the Sanctuary
Jonathon wants to help Fiona look after the animals here which we can only do with more regular support, so please if you can spare any amount a month, consider becoming a regular supporter 🙂
